FRESH VEGGIES WITH TUNA & BEANS SALAD

  • ½ cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 can (3-1/4 ounces) chunk white tuna in water, drained
  • ½ cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup white kidney beans (from a 10-1/2 ounce can), drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing (from an 8-ounce bottle
In a medium bowl combine tomatoes with tuna, celery, beans, onion and salad dressing. Serve in whole wheat rolls, pita pockets or on lettuce, if desired. Yield: 2 portions, 1-1/2 cups
