Water Testing at the Source

During the growing season celery, requires about an inch of water a week. We often supplement rainfall with irrigation. To ensure our irrigation water is always safe, we test it at the source. It’s a matter of the better the water going in, the better the crop.

Water Testing in Processing

Processing celery takes a lot of water. That makes an important ingredient in farm safety procedures, including good agricultural practices (GAPs) and good handling practices (GHPs). We test our water regularly, so it’s a safe tool for getting our celery ready for you.
