How to make it
Dice cooked potatoes and cool. In large bowl, stir together all salad items, adding hard-boiled eggs last. Make dressing by mixing in order listed and combine with salad. Serve chilled.
The ingredients
- 8 to 10 potatoes, Red or Yukon Gold, boiled 
- 6 boiled eggs 
- 2 stalks celery, chopped 
- 1 cucumber 
- 1 small onion (optional) 
- 4 to 5 radishes, thinly sliced 
Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise (your favorite brand) 
- 4 tsp mustard 
- 3 tbsp sugar 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1/4 cup water 
- pepper to taste
